My duties include writing leases calculating income for lease purposes utilizing Excel, Yardi, Blue Moon, Knock, and other programs and software to facilitate move-ins and assist with resident needs updating our social media profiles by creating videos and photos featuring amenities and recently available apartments And assisting with creating resident events. I have helped my current property achieve our leasing goals and even excelled beyond the expectation.
I helped care for animals for sale in the store I completed transactions with cash and card I maintained a clean working environment I helped boost sales by assisting customers with their pet needs.
