You retain all rights to your CV content. By publishing your CV on 1cv.ca, you grant us a limited license to display and host your CV on our platform.

Limitation of Liability

1cv.ca is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

Termination

You can delete your CV at any time using your secret edit link. We also reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

As service operators, we may access and moderate CV content to maintain service quality, remove spam or abusive content, and respond to user reports. See our Privacy Policy for details on content access and moderation practices.

For privacy questions, to exercise your rights (access, correction, or withdrawal of consent), or to submit a complaint, contact us via our contact page. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond fully within 30 days, as required by PIPEDA.
