Led engineering services, facilities, fleet and road infrastructure supporting mining operations. Delivered annual savings of approximately US$360,000 through vehicle maintenance insourcing. Implemented RCM, Management of Change (MOC), KPI monitoring and continuous improvement programmes. Improved engineering reliability, maintenance planning and operational performance.
Managed production and maintenance of a combined 75 ML/day water treatment facilities. Developed the organisation's first Physical Asset Management Strategy. Led electro-mechanical maintenance and Water Safety Plan implementation. Improved infrastructure reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
